Ordering

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the 'confirm order' button on the check out page.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when we send you an email confirming that the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Payment

Payment can be made with Credit or Debit card through PayPal. 
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. Payment is made in GBP (Great British Pounds).

Delivery

When placing an order with BlazeUp.co.uk you are instructing us to use a third party to make the delivery on your behalf. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out in the deliveries section are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery address that is incorrect or incomplete.
On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, you must follow the instructions set out in the deliveries section.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

Customs

When ordering goods from BlazeUp.co.uk for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, please note that when ordering from BlazeUp.co.uk you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Refunds

You are responsible for returning the item to us.The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition and returned with its packaging. 

Pricing Details

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s) (even if you have received your order confirmation email). We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
